OUR PROPOSAL

Our cooking class takes place an ancient rectory of 1300 set in the suggestive scenery of the Tuscan hills, just 4 km from the center of San Gimignano. The constant presence of Fulvio and his niece Katia mean that Il Vicario is not simply a farmhouse, but it will always be like going to visit old friends

We will teach you how to prepare an authentic 5-6 course Tuscan lunch or dinner. Appetizers such as panzanella and bruschetta, pasta with sauce and meat or vegetarian main courses. Each of the 5-6 courses is paired with our local Tuscan wines.

After the class we will eat our meal and celebrate the great time spent together. Become part of our family! Other things to note: Bring the smile. 🙂
