These Terms & Conditions apply to bookings made through www.cookingclassilvicario.it for cooking classes provided by:

By submitting a booking request, the customer confirms that they have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
1. Service Provider
The cooking classes offered through this website are provided and sold by:
IL VICARIO DI MECACCI FULVIO
Il Vicario is responsible for providing the booked cooking class and for managing customer reservations.
2. Booking
Bookings may be submitted through the online booking system available on this website.
After submitting a booking request, the customer may receive an automatic acknowledgement confirming that the request has been received.
A booking is not considered confirmed while its status is Pending.
The booking becomes confirmed only after it has been reviewed and approved by Il Vicario and the customer receives the corresponding confirmation.
Il Vicario reserves the right to decline a booking request where the requested date, time, number of participants or other booking conditions cannot be accommodated.
The customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete information when submitting a booking request.
3. Prices
Prices displayed on the website are expressed in euros (€).
Unless otherwise stated during the booking process, the displayed price is the total price payable for the selected experience.
Any optional extras or additional services not included in the stated price will be communicated separately where applicable.
4. Payment
Unless otherwise stated during the booking process, no payment is charged at the time the booking request is submitted.
Payment for the cooking class is made directly to Il Vicario.
Payment may be made using the payment methods communicated by Il Vicario.
5. Payment Card Guarantee
A valid payment card may be required in order to guarantee the booking.
Payment card information is securely processed through Stripe.
Full card details are not stored on this website.
Where the card is requested solely as a booking guarantee, no amount is charged at the time the booking request is submitted.
Providing a payment card guarantee does not by itself confirm the booking.
The booking remains Pending until it is reviewed and approved by Il Vicario.
The card may only be charged in accordance with the cancellation and no-show conditions described below.
6. Cancellation by the Customer
Customers may cancel their confirmed booking free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time of the cooking class.
For cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled start time, 100% of the total booking amount may be charged.
Cancellations should be communicated as soon as possible using the contact details provided on the website or in the booking confirmation.
The relevant cancellation time is the time at which Il Vicario receives the cancellation request.
7. No-Show
If the customer does not attend the cooking class and has not cancelled the booking within the free cancellation period, the booking will be considered a no-show.
In the event of a no-show, 100% of the total booking amount may be charged to the payment method provided as a booking guarantee.
8. Late Arrival
Customers are requested to arrive at the agreed location at the scheduled time.
In the event of a late arrival, Il Vicario will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the customer where possible.
However, a significant delay may result in a shortened experience or, where participation is no longer reasonably possible, may be treated in accordance with the applicable no-show conditions.
9. Changes to the Number of Participants
Any request to change the number of participants is subject to availability and should be communicated as soon as possible.
A reduction in the number of participants communicated more than 48 hours before the scheduled start time may be accepted without penalty.
Reductions communicated less than 48 hours before the experience may be subject to the same cancellation conditions applicable to individual participants.
Any increase in the number of participants is subject to availability and confirmation by Il Vicario.
10. Cancellation or Changes by Il Vicario
In the unlikely event that Il Vicario is unable to provide the booked cooking class, the customer will be informed as soon as reasonably possible.
Where appropriate, Il Vicario may offer:
- an alternative date or time;
- an equivalent experience; or
- cancellation of the booking without charge.
If any amount has already been charged for an experience cancelled by Il Vicario and no acceptable alternative is agreed, the relevant amount will be refunded.
11. Dietary Requirements and Allergies
Customers should communicate any food allergies, intolerances or dietary requirements when submitting the booking request or as soon as possible afterwards.
Il Vicario will make reasonable efforts to accommodate dietary requirements communicated in advance.
Customers with serious or potentially life-threatening allergies should contact Il Vicario before participating in the cooking class so that the suitability of the experience can be assessed.
Unless expressly confirmed otherwise, it may not be possible to guarantee the complete absence of traces of allergens in an environment where different ingredients are prepared and handled.
12. Responsibility of Participants
Participants are expected to follow reasonable instructions given by the cooking class staff, particularly instructions relating to kitchen equipment, food preparation and safety.
Il Vicario may refuse or discontinue participation where a person’s behaviour creates a significant safety risk to themselves, staff or other participants.
13. Right of Withdrawal
The cooking classes offered through this website are leisure-related services booked for a specific date and time.
Accordingly, where the statutory conditions are met, the general 14-day right of withdrawal applicable to certain distance contracts does not apply to these bookings.
The cancellation conditions set out in these Terms therefore apply to the booking.
14. Personal Data
Personal data provided in connection with a booking are processed in accordance with the website’s Privacy Policy.
Information regarding cookies and similar technologies is available in the website’s Cookie Policy.
15. Applicable Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Italian law, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply to the customer under applicable law.
